Laying down on your back with feel towards the front and head in head rest both foot straps will then be placed on your feet once you are there we will start with series:

1. Straight leg sweeps both legs and glued together toes pointing to the ski slowly sweep legs down towards the floor and then back to top again. Making sure your back stays flat on the carriage only using your legs .

2. Big circles starting with toes towards the ski pointing up slowly open legs out towards the sides then pushing heels together at the bottom then bringing legs together back to the top again making a big circle 

3. Reverse the big circles press legs together straight down towards the floor open legs at the bottom to come back together at the top again 

4. Frogger heels together toes out pull knees into the chest keeping heels together you press legs back out and repeat 

5. Diamond glue the soles of your feet together like your feet are in prayer. Press legs out keeping the soles of your feet together right when you feel like they are about to separate pull the legs back in.

6. U shape starting with toes towards the ski kegs separated swing legs down towards the floor harping your heels together then repeat drawing a U with your heels
